Today, the Air Element drifts high above Fabland, an invisible current carrying its whisper across the skies. It is a fragment of something once far greater — a breath from a world where the wind was alive and endless. Long before the Scattering Event sent it here, the Air Element belonged to a realm of soaring heights and eternal freedom: Aero Zenith.
Aero Zenith was a kingdom of clouds and light, where the land floated in the open sky. Gigantic airborne isles drifted slowly through the heavens, their edges draped in waterfalls that vanished into the mist below. Towers of silver stone and crystal bridges linked the floating lands, swaying gently with the breeze. The air itself shimmered with unseen currents, carrying scents of blooming sky-flowers and the soft hum of elemental energy.
At the heart of this sky realm soared Aeron, the Air Mystic Guardian — a mighty, majestic falcon with wings as vast as the horizon. His feathers shone like polished silver tipped with gold, and his eyes held the clarity of a cloudless dawn. Aeron was not just a protector; he was the sky’s memory, able to read the winds like stories and summon storms or calm with a single cry.
Life in Aero Zenith was as light and agile as the air it breathed. Villages clung to cliff-like island edges, sails and windcatchers spinning endlessly to harness the currents. The skies teemed with creatures shaped by freedom: Skywhales, massive gentle beings that drifted between islands, singing deep, echoing songs; Gale Runners, swift fox-like animals with fur like soft clouds who could run on the very wind; and Zephyrwings, tiny glowing birds that left trails of sparkling dust in their wake.
Each species played its part in keeping the balance — Skywhales kept the air currents steady, Gale Runners spread seeds between islands, and Zephyrwings pollinated sky-flowers that fed both creatures and people. Under Aeron’s watchful gaze, the winds carried peace for centuries.
But peace is fragile. When the Shadow Legion’s greed reached the skies, they sought to harness the Air Element’s speed and power. Battles raged across the heavens, lightning tearing through cloud palaces. Aeron fought with unmatched swiftness, but even the strongest wings could not hold the storm forever. In a final act, he released the Air Element into the void, letting the currents scatter it beyond the Legion’s grasp.
Now, only the whispers of the wind remain — the breath of Aero Zenith carried into Fabland, waiting for the day its Guardian’s wings will rise again.
